PUNGUTAN YURAN PPRH2

Menurut perjanjian bersama (CA) yang dipersetujui semasa Mesyuarat Agung Tahunan PPRH2 Kali Ke-1 (2015), serta pindaan yang dibuat semasa Mesyuarat Agung Dwi-Tahunan PPRH2 Kali Ke-8 (2025), para penduduk dikehendaki membayar yuran pendaftaran dan yuran penyelenggaraan bulanan seperti butiran berikut:

PPRH2 FEES COLLECTION

According to the collective agreement (CA) which made during the 1st PPRH2 Annual General Meeting (2015), and amenmend made during the 8th PPRH2 Biennial Grand Meeting (2025), residents are required to pay registration and monthly maintenance fees as below details.

Pendaftaran/ Registration fee: RM 200.00 (One-off)
Yuran Bulanan / Monthly fee: RM 100.00**

** Menampung kos perkhidmatan keselamatan, penyelenggaraan kemudahan taman dan kamera litar tertutup , pelaksanaan aktiviti penduduk serta kebersihan dan keceriaan taman/ To cover the costs of security services, maintenance of park facilities and closed-circuit television (CCTV), implementation of residents’ activities, as well as the cleanliness and upkeep of the park.
** Bayaran secara pukal dibenarkan/ Lump sum payment is acceptable

Peringatan/ Reminder:

📌 Payment is due on the 1st day of the month!
📌 Payment grace period is from 1st day until 8th day of each month, but please avoid last minute payment.
📌 Kindly avoid last minute payment, as any payment made after grace period end will caused some delays on the updates.
📌 Please provide proof of payment to your Ketua Jalan through mobile (Whatsapp) for the record.
📌 Access cards will be updated within 24 hours after the proof of payment is received  by Ketua Jalan.
